ALL Events / Packages requires a down payment of 50% in order to secure booking. ALL outstanding balances must be paid Three(3) days before event. CANCELLATIONS are to be made 48hours before the date of your event in order to be fully refundable.

FAILURE to make Final Payment in a timely manner will result in a CANCELLATION of your booking and 75% refund will be applied back to your account.

ALL Inflatables / Water Slides are rented for up to eight(8) hours maximum and pickup is to be no later than 8:00pm approximately.

ALL rental items such as Catering supplies, Decorative Items & Accessories requires a security deposit of $30.00 or more depending on the quantity. Once all items are collected without damages the security deposit is refunded.

We know your time is important and so is ours! Nobody from our team will remove any unwanted debris or obstacles in order to setup items. Prior to our agreed setup time please ensure that all items such as garbage, cars or any other unwanted items be removed from setup area. Failure to have area cleared will result in ADDITIONAL FEES or CANCELLATION of our services.

RUSHED ORDERS, Rental orders placed five(5) days or less prior to event date are subject to a 15% rush order fee to cover cost of locally purchased products.

Island Party Rental has the rights to cancel any events that is being held on a day with extreme weather conditions, heavy rain and high winds. Another date may be booked if available, or a refund will be applied.

NO rental equipment's are to be moved or broken down without consent from an IPR representative.
