Can be displayed both indoor and outdoor.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Any Florals, Signs,  Lights or Accessories are available for an additional price. Metallic or Shiny Balloons are not standard colors & will cost an additional fee starting from $30.00
 
POLICY: ALL Backdrops Requires A Security Deposit Of $30.00 or more, depending on the quantity. 
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT is refunded once all items are collected.
